Acer Launches Low-Cost Tablet at MWC

Acer unveiled Sunday a new price cheap 16 GB Android tablet at Mobile World Congress.

Acer presented at CES in Las Vegas their Iconia B1-A71 tablet, which is an Android tablet with 1.2 GHz Mediatek processor and 8 GB of memory.

Now Acer again on the course at MWC in Barcelona, where the company presents an updated version of the B1, with 7 inch screen, 16 GB memory and Android Jelly Bean.

The real news in Barcelona for Acer is, however, only the larger memory, writes our site. The screen is the same 1024 x 600, the camera is the same 0.3 megapixel and plastic wrapping is also identical.

The new Acer Iconia B1 becomes available in Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
